recommended use:

• source of a non-essential amino acid involved in muscle protein synthesis

recommended dose:
Adults: take 1 tablespoon (15ml) daily, mixed in 250-500ml of water. Shake well before use.

medicinal ingredients (per 15ml [1 tablespoon]):

• glycine (aminoacetic acid) - 1000 mg
• humic acids (peat) - 400 mg
• choline (dl-bitartrate) - 150 mg

non-medicinal ingredients:
Water, natural cola flavour, acacia gum, potassium sorbate, sea salt, silicon dioxide, steviol glycosides, tapioca starch.

contraindications:
