recommended use:

• ginger is traditionally used in herbal medicine as an expectorant and cough suppressant antitussive to help relieve bronchitis as well as coughs and colds
• provides antioxidants
• used in herbal medicine to help relieve restlessness and/or nervousness

recommended dose:
Adults 18 and older: 1 capsule 2 times per day. Take with meals.
Take a few hours before or after any supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper.
