recommended dose:
Adults: take 1-2 tablespoons once per day. May be taken with or without food. Shake well before use.

• Asiatic cornelian cherry (Cornus officinalis) fruit - 0.27g

• Chuling (Polporus umbellatus) sclerotium - 0.23g
• Corn (Zea mays) silk - 0.23g
• Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) stem - 0.15g
• Chinese magnoliavine (Schisandra chinensis) fruit - 0.15g

non-medicinal ingredients:
Citric acid, potassium sorvate, benzoic acid (buffered).

For occasional use. Not to be consumed on a continuous basis for longer than 1 month. Consult health care practitioner prior to use if you have kidney disease or if symptoms persist or worsen.
