Bell Pepper, Green per Kg

Bell peppers are a delicious vegetable enjoyed either raw or cooked. They are actually harvested before fully ripe because they will otherwise continue to either turn yellow or red, depending on the plant. Their flavour is slightly more bitter than the sweeter red and yellow varieties. Bell peppers contain very high amounts of vitamin C and Vitamin A as well as significant amounts of vitamin B6 and dietary fibre.
