Bell Pepper, Red per Kg

Red bell peppers are the most popular of the sweet peppers. Their bright colour and sweet flavour make them perfect for tossing into salads. They can be enjoyed either raw or cooked. Red bell peppers contain very high amounts of vitamin C and Vitamin A as well as significant amounts of vitamin B6 and dietary fibre.
