BOIRON ARNICARE NIGHT CRAMPS RELIEF - 60 TABS

recommended use:

• for temporary relief of cramps and spasms in the legs, calves, feet, and hands (and associated disruptive sleep)

recommended dose:
Adults and children from 12 years old: take 2 tablets at the onset of symptoms. If symptoms persist, repeat at 12-minute intervals, up to 6 times a day. Reduce with improvement.
In preparation for sleep: take 2 tablets at bedtime. If necessary, follow the general dosage regimen as soon as symptoms occur.

• Magnesia phosphorica - 6CH
• Nux vomica - 6CH
• Passiflora incarnata - 3DH
• Secale cornutum - 9CH
