Pine needle tea has historically been relied upon for detoxification. Today, with naturally occurring shikimic acid and other terpenes, it is used for all-over immune support. Directions: Bring water to a boil and turn off the heat. Put a teabag in a cup of just-boiled water and steep for 5 minutes no longer, and serve. Steeping 30 minutes or longer increases the potency.
