recommended dose:
Adults 18 and older: 1 capsule 2 times per day. Take with food.

medicinal ingredients (per capsule):

• bromelain (from pineapple [Ananas comosus] stem) - 250 mg
• NAC (N-acetyl-L-cysteine) - 250 mg

non-medicinal ingredients:
Hypromellose, microcystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide.
