use:

• used in herbal medicine to help relieve joint pain and/or inflammation in muscles and joints

directions:
Apply thinly and evenly to affected area(s), up to 4 times per day. Rub and/or massage into skin until no longer visible.

medicinal ingredient:

• arnica (Arnica montana) flower oil - 1%

non-medicinal ingredients:
Water, L-menthol, glycerine, caprylhydroxamic acid, glyceryl caprylate, Mentha arvensis leaf oil, Rosmarinus officinale (rosemary) leaf oil, Citrus limon (lemon) peel oil, Eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, wintergreen oil, Cinnamomum camphora oil, Pinus sylvestris leaf oil, sunflower oil, sodium carbomer, polysorbate 80.

cautions and warnings:

• for external use only
• when using this product, avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes
  if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water
• stop use and consult healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist, worsen, or re-occur within a few days
• if swallowed, contact a poison control centre or get medical help immediately

contraindications:

• do not apply to wounds or damaged skin
• do not bandage tightly
• do not apply with external heat (such as an electric heating pad), as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn
• do not apply on or near the nipple if you are breastfeeding

known adverse reactions:

• stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy, rashes, burning, or discomfort occurs
