Cabbage, Red per Kg

Red cabbage has a strong, peppery flavour and tough leaves. It is often used for coleslaws and salads for it's taste and colour. Look for heads that feel heavy for their size, with tightly packed and moist looking leaves. Cabbage is an excellent source of vitamins A, C and K, and is rich in iron.
