recommended use:

• used in herbal medicine to help relieve restlessness and/or nervousness, and as a sleep aid during times of mental stress

recommended dose:
Adults 18 and older: take 1-2 tablets daily with water.
As a sleep aid, take 1 hour before bedtime, as needed.

medicinal ingredients (per capsule):

• organic California poppy (Eschscholiza californica) - 504 mg

non-medicinal ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal silicon dixide, glyceryl distearate.

cautions and warnings:

• consult healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding
• avoid taking this product with alcohol or other products that cause drowsiness or have analgesic properties
• exercise caution if you drive or use machinery, as this product may cause you to experience drowsiness
• consult healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks
