CASTOR OIL ORAL - 250ml

recommended dose:
Adults and adolescents 12 and over: 15-50ml 1 time per day. Take in morning or afternoon, at least 2 hours before or after other medications or natural health products.
Take 2-3 times per week. If results are not observed the frequency may be increased up to once daily. Do not take for more than 1 week unless directed by a physician.

cautions and warnings:

contraindications:
• do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
• do not use if you have:

• heart disease or high blood pressure
• appendicitis, kidney disease, or biliary tract disorders/obstruction
• abdominal pain, nausea, fever, vomiting, difficulty swallowing, or severe dehydration
• abonormal constriction of the gastrointestinal tract or intestinal blockage
• inflammatory bowel disease (such as crohn's or ulcerative colitis), rectal bleeding, ileitis, atonic bowel, hemorrhoids, or diarhhea

known adverse reactions:
• overuse or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function
