recommended use:

• source of essential fatty acids for the maintenance of good health
• helps to reduce symptoms associated with acne and inflammation associated with acne
• helps to relieve symptoms of mild cases of atopic dermatitis (eczema) and roughness of the skin associated with atopic dermatitis (eczema)
• helps to maintain skin firmness and elasticity, as well as to maintain or improve skin hydration

recommended dose:
For acne/eczema/skin health: take 2 softgels 2 times per day.
As a source of omega-6s (linoleic acid): take 2 softgels per day.
For all other uses: take 2 softgels 1-3 times per day.
