recommended use:

• sodium hyaluronate helps relieve dry eyes

recommended dose:
Adults 19 years and older: 1-2 drops, 3-4 times per day.

medicinal ingredients:

• eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis) whole plant extract - 0.1 %
• sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid, sodium salt) - 0.2 %

non-medicinal ingredients:
Water, boric acid, sodium chloride, borax.

cautions and warnings:

• consult healthcare practitioner prior to use if you experience a thick white, yellow, or green discharge that forms a crust on the eyelid (or if there is a serious underlying medical cause for the infection), or if you wear contact lenses
• use of this product by more than one person could spread infection
• to avoid contaminating the solution, do not touch the tip of the bottle to any surfaces

contraindications:

• do not use this product if you frequently contract infections that do not easily clear up
• do not use this product if the solution changes colour or becomes cloudy

known adverse reactions:

• stop use and consult healthcare practitioner if changes in vision occur or if you experience eye pain

Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
