recommended use:

• provides antioxidants for the maintenance of good health
• helps to maintain and support eyesight and eye health in conditions associated with sunlight damage such as cataracts and age-related macular degeneration
• helps to reduce the risk of developing cataracts
• helps to improve macular pigment optical density

recommended dose:
Adults: 1 capsule 2 times per day, or as directed by a healthcare pracitioner.
Take with a meal that provides oil/fat. Take a few hours before or after any other medications or natural health products. Consult healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
