use:

recommended dose:
Adults 19 and older: 1 capsule, 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

medicinal ingredients (per capsule):
• vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - 50mg
• iron (heme iron polypeptide) - 11mg
• citrus bioflavonoids (Citrus aurantifolia, Citrus limon, Citrus paradisi, Citrus reticulata, Citrus sinensis) - 1mg
• folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) - 400mcg
• vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) - 400mcg

non-medicinal ingredients:
Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, rice bran oil.

cautions and warnings:
• consult healthcare prior to use if you

• have peptic ulcers, regional enteritis, ulcerative colitis, or other stomach/intestinal problems
• have hemachromotosis, anemia, or repeated blood transfusions
• are using other products containing iron, or products containing methyldopa

• iron supplements can decrease the absorption of drugs such as tetracycline, antibiotics, penicillamine, cefdinir, chlorampheninol, levothyroxine, levodopa, and quinolone antibiotics
• this product may interfere with certain laboratory tests (such as testing for blood in stool), possibly causing false test results, ensure laboratory personnel and all doctors know you are taking this product

contraindications:
• do not use this product if you have certain medical conditions or if you have an allergy to bovine products

known adverse reactions:
• stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs
• constipation, diarrhea, nausea, upset stomach, and abdominal cramping may occur
• iron may cause stools to turn black
