recommended use:

• acts as a hepatoprotectant, cholalogue, and choleretic
• in herbal medicine, milk thistle is used to support and protect the liver, and turmeric to increase bile excretion, stimulate the gallbladder, and provide antioxidants

recommended dose:
Adults: 5ml, 3 times per day. Dissolve in warm water 20 minutes before meals.
