recommended use:

• Taraxacum officinale is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a diuretic, as a laxative, to help increase bile flow, to help treat digestive upset, and to increase the amount of urine to achieve flushing of the urinary tract in minor urinary complaints
• Curcuma longa is used in herbal medicine as a liver protectant, to increase bile excretion by the liver, to stimulate contraction of the gallbladder, as an anti-inflammatory to help relieve joint pain, to help relieve flatulent dyspepsia, and to aid digestion
• Silybum marianum is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a liver protectant, to help support liver function, and to help relieve digestive disturbances

recommended dose:
Adults 18 and older: 2 capsules, 2 times per day. Take with meals. Use product for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects. This product is recommended to be for occasional use only.
