recommended use:

• helps to reduce the recurrence of herpes simplex virus (HSV) infections
• source of amino acid involved in muscle protein synthesis and the maintenance of good health
• helps in energy metabolism and tissue formation

recommended dose:
Adults 19 and older: 2 capsules 1 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products.
