recommended use:

• traditionally used in herbal medicine as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints (such as catarrhs, coughs, and bronchitis)

recommended dose:
Children 6-9 years: 1 capsule 2 times per day
Adults and adolescents 15 years and older: 1 capsule 4 times per day

medicinal ingredients (per capsule):

• organic mullein (Verbascum thapsus) leaf and flower extract - 400 mg

non-medicinal ingredients:
Hypromellose (capsule ingredient), maltodextrin*.
