recommended use:

• peppermint is traditionally used in herbal medicine to aid digestion and help relieve flatulent dyspepsia
• used in herbal medicine as a vermifuge to help expel intestinal worms

recommended dose:
Adults 18 and older: 2 capsules 3 times per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Take a few hours before or after any supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper.
Consult healthcare practitioner for use beyond 7 days. For occasional use only.

• black walnut (Juglans nigra) unripe hull - 120 mg
• peppermint (Mentha piperita) leaf extract - 100 mg
• oregano (Origanum vulgare) leaf extract - 60 mg
• clove (Syzygium aromaticum) flower bud extract - 30 mg
• thyme (Thymus vulgaris) leaf extract - 30 mg
• ginger (Zingiber officinalis) root - 30 mg
• grapefruit (Citrus paradisi) fruit seed extract - 25 mg

non-medicinal ingredients:
Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide.
