Peruvian Harvest Cacao Nibs are made from select certified organic criollo cacao beans, a unique variety native from Peru. Made with their unique fermentation and slow drying processes, a flavour and aroma is obtained like no other. Note: Criollo accounts for only 5% of the world’s cacao production and is renowned for its rich and bitter flavour which also represents its high antioxidant content.
