SOURCE OF LIFE PSYLLIUM HUSK ORGANIC, 400G Description: Psyllium Husk contains 80%-plus dietary fiber, almost all of that is soluble fiber. It hydrates slowly to form viscous dispersions at a concentration up to 1%. Better quality of psyllium husk appears lighter in colour. In general, the lighter the colour of psyllium husk, the higher the swell volume and the better the quality of the psyllium mucilloid. Each gram contains: Psyllium Husk, Ispaghula (plantago Ovata Forssk) Direction: Adolescents and Adults: 1 tsp (6g) one to three times a day. For each gram of psyllium, mix with 30 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or similar aqueous beverage). Stir briskly and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake
