recommended use:

• assists in the building of lean muscle tissue/mass when combined with regular weight/resistance training and a balanced diet

recommended dose:
Adults: 1 scoop (approximately 16g) daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, milk, etc.) immediately before consumption.
