recommended use:

• helps increase skin elasticity and reduce fine lines and wrinkles
• helps promote healthy collagen and elastin production
• helps reduce joint pain associated with osteoarthritis

recommended dose:
Adults: 1 scoop (approximately 11g) daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, milk, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.
