Established in Stony Plain in 1963 by Jim’s parents, George and Hilda Schoepp,  Jim officially purchased the farm on  Jan 1, 2014.
Since Jim is a certified organic farmer, the straw and roughage  used to feed the cattle is organic, however the grain is not.  The cattle are grown primarily on oats and a cereal silage. Barley is used on the very final stage of finishing. The cattle are not fed any Rumensen or Antibiotic feed additives and are not treated with Ralgro, synovex or any other hormones.
