recommended dose:
Adults: 1 softgel daily. To be taken with adequate calcium.

medicinal ingredients (per capsule):
• vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) - 62.5 mcg (2500 IU)
• vitamin K2 (all-trans menaquinone 7 from natto) - 120 mcg

non-medicinal ingredients:
Gelatin (Halal-certified bovine source), organic medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil, glycerin (vegetable source), water.

• are taking blood thinners

contraindications:
• do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria

known adverse reactions:
• stop use and consult healthcare practitioner if the following early symptoms of hypercalcemia occur: weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in ears, lack of coordination and muscle weakness, or if you develop any other symptoms
