use:
• helps to prevent vitamin D deficiency
• may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis in people with vitamin D deficiency

recommended dose:
Adults: 4 drops, once daily. To be taken with adequate calcium.

medicinal ingredients (per 4 drops):
• vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) - 62.5 mcg (2500 IU)
• vitamin K2 (all-trans menaquinone 7 from natto) - 120 mcg

non-medicinal ingredients:
Organic medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil, mixed tocopherols.

cautions and warnings:
• consult healthcare practitioner prior to use to determine if you would benefit from additional vitamin D before taking this product
• consult healthcare practitioner prior to use if you:

• are pregnant or breastfeeding
• have kidney disorders
• take any prescription medications including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins, or thiazide diuretic
• take other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues
• are taking blood thinners

contraindications:
• do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia or hypercalciuria

known adverse reactions:
• stop use and consult healthcare practitioner if the following early symptoms of hypercalcemia occur: weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in ears, lack of coordination and muscle weakness, or if you develop any other symptoms
